• Customers in the Greater Toronto Area may choose to pick up their order in Oakville, however you must do so BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• Standard shipping charges are calculated by the pound. We charge a $6 (CDN) flat fee per shipment plus $6 (CDN) per pound. (We offer a discounted rate to residents of Southern Ontario.)

• Leg Lamps and larger orders ship via Canpar or Purolator across Canada.

• Most items other than full-size leg lamps will ship via Canada Post.

• Priority Shipping is available for most items. Please inquire.

• Depending on your location, orders typically arrive within a week. Sometimes more.



• Due to the fact that many orders are gifts, invoices are not included with shipments.

At Canadian Leg Lamps, Satisfaction Guaranteed means Satisfaction Guaranteed. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you need to make a return please read and follow our return policy for the corresponding item.

Full Size Leg Lamps:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your full size Leg Lamp, simply contact us via email within 30 days of receipt and request free return-shipping labels. Once we receive your returned order we will apply a credit to your account for the amount of the original order, less the original shipping cost. Items must be returned in original condition. If for some reason you receive a damaged or defective Leg Lamp, we will send you a replacement right away. To return lamps, simply pack them to their original packaging, include a copy of the return form, and attach the return labels to the outside of the boxes and drop them off at your nearest Purlolator depot.

All Other Items:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchase from our website, simply return them to their original packaging and mail the items back to us at the address provided below with a copy of the return form. Once we receive your returned order we will apply a credit to your account for the amount of the original order, less the original shipping cost. If for some reason you receive a damaged or defective product, we will send you a replacement right away. Items must be returned in original condition. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please do not hesitate to contact us.

All returns and/or exchanges must include a completed Return Form. Failure to include the Return Form, or not filling it out correctly, may result in signifigant delays in processing your refund. If you are needing to return products in multiple boxes, please include a Return Form in each package.
